Marideth Kates, MSW, LCSW
Ms. Kates provides services for children, adolescents, young adults and families. She has extensive experience in Autism Spectrum evaluations as well as creating behavior modification plans and participating in case conferences for school-aged children. She has a strong emphasis on positive discipline and behavioral modifications. Throughout the school year, Ms. Kates conducts groups which include an Adolescent Girl’s Group and an Autism Spectrum Social Skills Group. Groups for children in elementary school struggling with ADHD and/or social skills, divorce/family issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, and parent/child issues are also available.
Ms. Kates obtained a Masters of Social Work with a specialization in School Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana State University.
Ms. Kates is licensed in Indiana as a Clinical Social Worker.
